To place an order, a customer must register on our website. By filling in the registration fields, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data. By creating a login and password, the client is responsible for their reliability and future use.

All contact information is confidential and is not used for any purpose other than purchasing (only if specific conditions are specified in the contract) or sending the necessary information about the order/products by mail.

- terms of delivery and ordering;
- guarantees;
- pricing policy.

We understand how important it is for you to be confident in our cooperation. Therefore:
- Guarantee that our wood products will not be deformed for 12 months;
- We solve the issue of deformation or damage to the goods during transformation via e-mail poljuk.ljubomyr@gmail.com;
- Give you the opportunity to return your order if your plans have changed;
- Guarantee replacement of goods or refund if they are damaged during transportation;
- Provide reliable packaging that meets the international standards of the Buyer’s country and technical specifications;
- We mark the goods in a way suitable for cargo identification (in English or Ukrainian);
- Solve the problem immediately, if any, through our manager in a short time;
- Guarantee complete confidentiality and data security;
- We follow our terms and conditions and guarantees regarding the manufacture, processing, and shipment of goods;
- We produce goods in full immediately, without delay;
- Process materials in an environmentally friendly way, without odors and toxins.
