Payment
We work on full payment for the goods immediately upon ordering. We care about your comfort, so we accept payment from all major international electronic payment systems:

All prices on our website are quoted in dollars/euros. We accept payment in dollars or euros.
Delivery
We offer various delivery services. You can choose among:
- UTEC Logistics (from 100 kg) — from 40 days
- UPS — 3-8 business days
- Meest Express — 11-17 days

Choose a service based on the convenience and volume of your order. We would like to remind you that we ship goods from 10 items only and from 20 items if it is furniture made according to our own sample/design.
Deliver anywhere in the US - please provide your details and address carefully. We do not violate your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties. All data on address, person, number, and mail are used only for the purposes of our cooperation and fast transportation.
The price for delivery is calculated separately - it depends on the weight of the order and the service you have chosen. This information will be provided after we ship your goods.

Returns and refunds
The following conditions apply to the return of goods if they do not fit or if plans have changed:
- If the product is of good quality and integrity, but the buyer wants to return it, the buyer pays the full cost of shipping.
- If, after checking the goods by the seller, the goods can be resold as new and they have retained their originality, the cost of the goods is refunded (excluding logistics costs in both directions — this is paid by the buyer) within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods at the seller's warehouse.
- If the seller finds damage to the goods when they have already received them at their warehouse (even though the buyer has received the whole product), the value of the goods may be reduced (not the full amount is refunded) or completely canceled (nothing is refunded), depending on the level of damage.
*The conditions listed above (when the refund is valid) are possible only if the packaging and originality of the goods are preserved (without damage, deformation).
!The goods that were made to order are not subject to return.
Return and packaging if the goods are damaged during delivery
Each delivery service (Meest, UTEC Logistics, UPS) has its own terms of insurance and compensation for damage to goods during transportation, as well as the procedure for this compensation. Check with them separately regarding the specific type of goods, their packaging, and the method of transportation (cargo, sea, air).
Be sure to record what the damaged goods look like BEFORE the goods are transported BACK when returned (from the buyer to the seller). This is to make sure that the goods are not damaged even more during the second transportation. The following steps are required:
- The buyer takes photos of the goods, their damage, and sends them to the seller by mail for evaluation.
- Then the buyer is obliged to provide reliable packaging for the goods when he returns them. If the goods are damaged even more during transportation, the refund is canceled.
- After the seller receives the damaged goods in the warehouse, he assesses the damage and can replace, repair or refund the goods (in full or in part).
